Would you like to start the day in comfort?

You can do this daily from 07:00 - 11:00 with our champagne breakfast buffet in the Baldachin conservatory and the Alte Brennerei.

 

Fancy a light snack after your arrival?

In the Vinothek Remise we serve four small dishes with wine from 15:00 -17:00.

 

Looking for an enjoyable dinner in a historical setting?

Then reserve your table in the Culinarium restaurant before you arrive and enjoy daily changing menus (half board) and fine à la carte dishes from 18:00-22:00.

Restaurant Culinarium

The eye eats with you. In the Culinarium restaurant, the eye is drawn both to the dishes, which are arranged with loving attention to detail, and to the impressive surroundings. The restaurant's premises were once used as a colonial goods store. Nowadays, the trouvailles come in the form of exquisite dishes with matching wine accompaniments. They are served within the historic walls of the main restaurant, in the lounges or on the terrace in the romantic garden. But just as traditional cuisine meets innovative culinary art, history is combined with zeitgeist here. The modern interior forms a harmonious unit with architectural details from the 17th century.

Vinotheque Remise

The Vinothek is also a café, lounge, bar and wine bar for our hotel guests. The spacious, bright interior is extended in summer by the extensive terrace by the water lily pond. The historic slate walls and the old trees enchant with Mediterranean flair and invite you to linger in the moment. Not without indulging in culinary delights, of course. Regionality is a top priority here. The apple juice comes from the village, the gins from the region and the selection of Moselle wines, almost all of which are also served by the glass, is constantly growing. Don't miss out on this authentic journey of discovery through the Moselle and its winegrowers.

Winter Garden & Old Distillery

Thanks to the careful restoration of the former winery, there are numerous references to its past in today's four-star superior hotel. Among others, the premises of the restaurant Wintergarten Baldachin and the Old Distillery. The delightful Richtershof sparkling wine breakfast takes place every morning in the light-flooded Winter Garden and Distillery, and in fine weather also on the terrace in the Elisenpark.

In the evening, during events or special occasions, the chefs will spoil you with the menus of the day, fine cuisine combined with cultural heritage.

The wine experience

The Mosel wine-growing region, formerly Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, is one of the most important in the whole of Germany and the oldest in the republic. The expectations for an authentic, sustainable stay around the theme of wine are correspondingly high. At the Weinromantikhotel Richtershof, we ensure that your wine experience is unique. As a former winery dating back to the 17th century, we have the best prerequisites. But we do not rest on our laurels. Our staff are wine experts, the tastings are accompanied by renowned winemakers and our wine list reads like a "who's who" of fine wines. But above all, we are passionate - after all, even our rooms bear the names of vineyards.
