Formerly a stable building, today Vinothek & Lounge and thus the perfect place for unique moments of enjoyment. Here the motto is: "Relaxed enjoyment, without obligations." Let your gut instinct guide you and seduce your senses to an unforgettable taste experience. Try a glass of Moselle wine on the terrace by the lily pond and enjoy the Mediterranean flair. If you feel like coffee or tea, we offer a variety of specialties.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays!
Our kitchen team is here to spoil you:
Wednesday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
From 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the kitchen team takes a break to recharge their energy for the evening with you.
Our coach house – your retreat
Our coach house is available to you every day as a quiet place to linger and relax.
Depending on our occupancy, we also offer service in the Remise. This service is generally available between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. —you can get more detailed information at any time at our front desk.
Even outside of these hours, you don't have to miss out on refreshments: If the Remise is closed, we will be happy to take your order at reception and forward it to our service staff in the Culinarium R.

On our wine list, special attention is paid to Moselle wines, especially the light Riesling. The range of red grapes is complemented by wines from France, Italy and Spain.
