Wednesday, December 30, 2026 – Winter Walk & Local Cuisine

• 6:00 p.m. – “Winter Stroll Through the Vineyards”:
  A culinary and wine-tasting journey through the Moselle region in the candlelit barrel and column cellar. Enjoy select wines from our partner wineries, paired with exquisite Moselle tapas—a very special kind of aperitif and welcome from the kitchen.

• Next up—the “Heimat” menu:
  Round out your first evening in comfort with our regionally inspired 3-course dinner menu.

Thursday, December 31, 2026 – The Grand New Year's Eve Gala

• 6:30 p.m.: An elegant champagne reception and a warm welcome.

• Festive Gala Menu: Seating in the festively decorated venue and the start of our culinary extravaganza—a delectable 5-course New Year’s Eve gala menu, including wine pairings, water, and coffee.

• Elegant live music: The gentle sounds of the piano and double bass will accompany you through the meal.

• Midnight Moment: The serving of New Year's champagne and the spectacular Richtershof musical fireworks display.

• Party & Dance: Keep the New Year’s celebrations going at the Remise —our DJ will keep the party going and play your favorite songs. The traditional Richtershof midnight soup will be served to keep you going.

Friday, January 1, 2027 – A Relaxing New Year's Day

• 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: A hearty New Year's "sleep-in" breakfast for a relaxed start to the new year.

• Dinner Menu: Delicacies from the forest and countryside will delight you on the last evening of your stay.

Saturday, January 2, 2027 – Departure
