Your professional profile:

* Completed training in the hotel industry
* Relevant work experience in comparable establishments
* Knowledge of current cleaning and hygiene standards
* Good German and English language skills
* Computer skills in Word, Excel and at best the hotel software Fidelio Suite 8

Your tasks:

* Proper cleaning and daily inspection of the assigned areas
* Carrying out all preparatory tasks necessary for room cleaning
* Instructing the housekeeping staff and trainees
* Responsibility for the cleanliness of the entire hotel (rooms, public areas, spa, back of house)
* Maintaining order in the work area and carrying out all tasks arising in the course of business
* Taking responsibility for the careful handling of work materials and hotel facilities
* Independently carry out minor repair work in the guest rooms
* Forwarding larger repair orders to the house technician
* Process guest complaints, resolve and forward them if necessary
* Active cooperation with other departments
