Your professional profile:

* Solid, successfully completed training in the hotel industry.
* Several years of professional experience in front office/reservations, ideally in a managerial position.
* Enjoy interacting with discerning guests.
* Good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
* Ideally, you are already familiar with the hotel software Fidelio Suite 8, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and BusyRooms.

Your tasks:

* Managing and organizing the reception and reservations team.

* Ensuring professional and warm guest service (check-in, check-out, guest relations).
* Managing and maintaining all reservations (rooms, events, packages).
* Optimizing occupancy and increasing revenue through active sales and upselling.
* Close collaboration with the Housekeeping, F&B, and Management departments.
* Creating work schedules and training employees.
* Complaint management and quality assurance.
* Monitoring and maintaining the booking and reservation systems.
* Preparing reports and key performance indicators for management.
