Your professional profile:

* Sound and successfully completed training in the hotel industry
* Several years of professional experience in the front office / reservation area, ideally in a managerial position
* Enjoy dealing with demanding guests
* Good written and spoken English language skills, another foreign language is an advantage
* You are already familiar with the hotel software Fidelio Suite 8, OpenTable, Microsoft Office & BusyRooms at best

Your tasks:

* Management and organization of the reception and reservation team

* Ensuring a professional and cordial guest service (check-in, check-out, guest care)
* Responsibility for processing and maintaining all reservations (rooms, events, arrangements)
* Optimizing occupancy and increasing revenue through active sales and upselling
* Close cooperation with the housekeeping, F&B and management departments
* Creation of duty rosters and staff training
* Complaints management and quality assurance
* Control and maintenance of booking and reservation systems
* Preparation of reports and key figures for the management
