Your professional profile:

* A solid, successfully completed apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry
* Several years of professional experience in the upscale hospitality industry
* Good knowledge of wine, spirits, and cheese
* Very good German language skills are required; good English skills are desirable
* Knowledge of another foreign language would be ideal, but is not required
