* Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
* Good knowledge of wine, spirits and cheese, with a soft spot for the Moselle region
* Excellent consulting skills for our guests
* Good knowledge of German and English, other language advantageous
* Trainer aptitude certificate advantageous, can be acquired
* Leadership experience and strong social skills
* High degree of responsibility, independence, determination, commitment, flexibility and professional ambition
