Richtershof Tour I

Moselle, Rhine, Hunsrück

The first part of the tour takes you through the largest steep-slope wine-growing region in the world. Always following the course of the river, you will pass historic towns, world-famous vineyards and various castle ruins and arrive in Cochem for the first stopover. Continuing on, you leave the Moselle valley after a short while and reach the Rhine and Rheinfels Castle via Boppard. After a break for enjoyment, you start the way home, which is also the last leg of the journey, and return to the hotel via the heights of the Hunsrück.

Richtershof Tour II

Moselle, Hunsrück, Saar

On Tour II, you first chauffeur your classic up the Moselle and after a short time reach the panoramic road near Minheim with its magnificent view. Afterwards, the route descends back into the valley to Leiwen and from there into the Hunsrück. Over the heights you come to the viewpoint Cloef, where the small natural wonder Saarschleife lies breathtakingly beautiful at your feet. The return journey takes you past Trier back to the Moselle. Neumagen-Dhron, Germany's oldest wine-growing town, invites you to make a worthwhile stopover.

Richtershof Tour III

Moselle, Eifel, Hunsrück
Pure nature and idyllic villages characterise this third tour. Always downstream from the Moselle, the route leads through Germany's oldest wine-growing region. Famous vineyards such as Zeltinger Himmelreich, Ürziger Würzgarten and Kröver Nacktarsch greet you from increasingly steep slopes. Passing the art nouveau town of Traben-Trarbach and the town of Zell, you reach Cochem. In the further course of this tour, the path continues over Eifel and Hunsrück heights to picturesque Beilstein, the Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle, and then back to the hotel.

Richtershof Tour IV

Moselle, Eifel, Nürburgring

The Nürburgring is considered the most fascinating race track in the world and is a delightful destination for all motor sports fans and car enthusiasts. Up to Ürzig you follow the course of the Moselle, then climb the mountain and continue the journey through the Eifel. Here the appearance is characterised by world-famous crater lakes, maars, basalt quarries, sandstone rocks and characteristic villages. Take a lap around the legendary Nordschleife, the green hell, before you head home.

Richtershof Tour V

Moselle, Eifel, Luxembourg Switzerland

From the Moselle, the roadbook guides you to Minheim, along the Panorama Road and through the Eifel to a jewel of art and cultural history, the baroque Weilerbach Castle. After a tour of the grounds and refreshments in the museum café, you drive through the Mullerthal, Luxembourg's Little Switzerland, to Echternach. Luxembourg's oldest town offers a variety of sights in addition to its medieval ambience. You return to the hotel via the Eifel heights and along the Moselle.
